“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I considered putting this in the Health and Fitness forum however I think this is more of a vanity issue..

For a long time I have wanted to do some sort of martial art, something useful in real life and also something where I could mix with other men and take a few hits, and give a few back myself. Kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian Jujitsu are what have always appealed to me, probably because I enjoyed watching mma, one of the few sports that I can actually watch and be interested in. I guess I also hold value in being able to handle yourself in an altercation, I think this is important as a man and something that is very primal within us that nowadays is very much missing in the average male.

The problem I have is that I don't want to mess up my face, or my joints. I'm 34 now, I was good looking when I was younger, not as much now as I'm getting older however, still good looking, and I've relied heavily, unfortunately, on my 'facial aesthetics' over the years to get women.

I also don't want to be limping around during my work week, or struggling to type because my hands are screwed from grappling and punching, or hitting 60 and being riddled with joint pain..

So my question I guess is, for anyone who does mma, what are the chances of me training 3 to 4 times a week and coming out with cauliflower ears, broken nose, weathered skin and injuries after a year training? Will this inevitably happen? And if it does happen is it worth the trade off?

Also how have you found women react to cauliflower ears etc, is it a turn off?

I go to a kickboxing gym 4x a week where I hit the bags and do HIIT workouts for 30 minutes. In between exercises, I'll be prompted to spar with a trainer. I do punches, jabs, uppercuts against his gloves. We never exchange hits at the head.

Do you have to go full mma for training? Maybe consider scaling that back if you're worried about cauliflower ears.

I just think brawling with someone once or twice a week would completely change a person and how they conduct themselves in everyday life. We are programmed to do this but we dont as it's not needed since we left are tribal roots.. growing up boys would always be play fighting, this was important in tribal times as it made way for the transformation into real fighting. Kids still play fight today, but we never go on to having to defend ourselves physically because of the civilised society .

I just wonder if men are missing a trick by not satisfying this primal urge.

Damage to the ears is bound to happen if u r sparing often, went through it twice, both in a fight, sought traditional treatment for it, there's still some visible scaring and a misshapen ear at the left side.

Women did ask me abt it, always does, they tend to notice it, at least to me it doesn't effect them in a way I thought it would, there would be a cringe, then pity then some sort of admiration that's hard to explain.

I wouldn't be worried abt any facial injuries thats pertinent to women favoring you or not.

The scars on my body was the hardest to explain away imo and I tend to ignore any questions from women regarding that. Try not 2 get any on the body, face would be fine.

Taking a interest in boxing, don't they usually wear head gear in sparring?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
