"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

the new school year started 3 weeks ago and from the get go I started talking to this hot chick who I hadnt spoken or know very well before.

Everything was going great and after 1 week she was in my hands, I was going to get her number anyday now.

One afternoon, I was sitting next to her again and my friends in the back row were trying to embarass me by telling that girl I like her, wanna f her, etc.

Then one guy, I dont really like, he gets tonnes of girls. He got jealous and starting saying **** to her that shes too good for me, i'm ugly, whatever.

I wanted to smash him!

Its been around 3 days since then and now me and that girl are uncomfortable around each other. I'm in quite a few classes with her so i've tried to sit next to her and close to her etc, but the connection isnt there and I feel like ****.

Only 1 week ago she was laughing at all my jokes, good kino, etc and now nothing.

Is there anything I can do to get her back if you know what I mean?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

not telling :P
be a man and walk up to this guy and say

'whats your problem?'
he may go wot
then you say 'you know what. why did you
talk sh1t about me to that girl?'

then he may be smart or wotever then u kick his ass so in the girls eyes you look great. <- only do this if you know you can beat him.

as for this 'connection' its all in your mind. act like the 'sh1t' doesnt bother you because it shouldn't he's a stupid afc... if it does bother you what this stupid afc has said to the girl then it will come across to her.. act like it never happened. If she brings it up, just say 'it doesnt bother me, he should learn to grow up.'

edit: this is how i would approach this situation. I'm not too sure on beating his ass but people shouldn't diss for no reason and he needs to be taught a lesson.

Your first reaction should be to not care and act NORMALLY with the girl..Act like what that guy says doesn't matter to you at all.Girls usually believe the guy that they're with rather than guys that they're not with.

And then,if the guy says something to the girl again, then you walk up to him and ask what's his problem and all that.Don't kick his ass yet.The guy is gonna get embarassed because he knows what he's doing is not right, and he'll give some sh*t to you.Ask him why he did it,and make sure the girl is around hearing what's going on.He has no answer as to why he talked crap. Then the girl will know that all of that was a lie and it would be over then.

A brawl should be your last resort, because then the girl will think you're fighting for her,and there you go,she'll treat you like her dog.

I agree with this post more so than the first post.

Just don't care too much. Continue to be "yourself."

thanks for the suggestions, i'll update the situation during the week

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
