"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Don't challenge the really tough guys...in fact, you're not really "required" to look into any guys' eyes. It might even look kind of gay if you do it, and I'm assuming you're not (since you're here). Do it with women and SOME guys SOMETIMES...

Holding eye contact shows confidence, it is the most powerful, form of interaction with a person after speaking and touching.

A good tip is to hold eye contact long enough to know what a persons eye colour is, also when it starts to feel uncomfortable, look away to the side, not down, this is sub conciously a submisive gesture.

Yep, I suppose it shows confidence....still im not totaly convinced, if you become a bit of a staircase like some people seem to be then it seems to me to show some kind of insecurity, almost like fear is your motivator and youve GOT TO dominate the situation? dunno, ive got to think about this one..but then again I think im thinking more about men and eye contact....women and eye contact..hmmmm....I never really thought about how much I did it...what if i wear some shades? is that ok? lol......sorry guys had a couple a wobbly pops and rambling....thanks for the input...

I agree with i am me.

I wouldn't advise looking into odd-looking guys' eyes, because a lot of them are psycho and will want a fight just for a bit of eye contact... So be the bigger man, and avoid the pointless brawl.

However, eye contact with women is another story. Hold it, and use it before saying "hi".

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
