Many people struggle with holding EC during a conversation. For those who are no good at it, here's a little tip you could use to help you improve this.

When on the phone with someone, focus on one point- specifically something close to you. Just focus on this point as if you were talking to someone and looking into their eyes.

This might help with people who are too shy to jump into holding EC immediately.
