I understand the importance of eye contact when dealing with people. I am not limiting this to women or business. In general, I don't really have trouble with this anymore, at least not what I can tell. My problem is when I'm in a retail exchange as a customer. I've noticed, I've had more trouble looking the cashier in the eye than anything else. This interaction makes me uncomfortable. I can talk to a salesperson with no trouble. It's this point-of-sale moment I seem to have issue with.
