basically any type of lateral raise, i do them cause i have to, but i hate the exercise with a passion

bench pressing, i hate it more then anything. on another note i love to work my shouders and do any kind of press for them

Squats. Which sucks, because they're one of the best exercises around. But I have bad knees and don't want to put hundreds of pounds on them.

Squats and pec decs/cable cross overs (because my shoulders hurt a ton when I do them and I have bad knees.)

How can you not like Deadlifts?

Well i guess i can understand. I kinda like them because of how intense they are. To me they are the most intense exercise ( moreso than squats)

Squats and sprints. Though after sprints, I feel good and satisfied, while squats are just a bytch.

Any ab exercise. So hard to breathe when you're working the muscles covering your diaphram.

I have skinny legs so squats hit me fairly hard,, still I enjoy the challenge and the feeling after doing a few sets.

i love'em all. but if i were to choose, i'd pick toe raisers cuz damn, its about time my calf stops growing or its going to be scary. all those sprint/jump made it huge.

I REALLY hate Deadlifts. It's the most energy draining workout in my opinon. I use to love squats, but right now I kinda hate it. That's only because My legs are weak right now. I think when I get back into shape, I'll like it.
