I like all the exercises i do, but i get annoyed at all the time it takes to set up squats(putting the plates on).

I hate running. Im ok with almost all other forms of cardio, and I love to lift weights, but I absolutely loathe running

Bench...it's the hardest one, which is why I always do it first.

After that, military press...that one hurts the most, and the one that makes my face contort to stupid expressions.

Chin-ups. Especially when I do them and then seated row straight after. Burns my muscle strength away for the remained of my back exercises.
