are you talking about reducing acne spots? If so, go see your doctor! I once had a friend who thought excersising would make his acne go away, it got to the point he had to go to the skin specialist. If you want to take care of your skin, use products. If you want to make yourself fit and healthy, exercise.

He posted the same thing in the Facial Exercises thread, I think this one is just a miss post. I can't be too sure though, because even in the context of the other thread it still doesn't make much sense.
