I've read about it but can somebody give me specific examples which a girl gives sh*t test to a guy? What lines are considered to be sh*t tests? Do teenage girls give sh*t test?

When she acts upset for something you did, which is not really that big of a deal. s*it test.
When she purposely tries to make you jealous. Thats a sh test too.
When she tells you something that she knows will bother you. Sht test right there.
When she does anything with the intention of getting a negative emotion from you. Thats the book definition of sh;t testing
