"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This is classic behavior in the devaluation phase. They go from spending every waking moment with you in order to secure you as their supply in the idealization Phase , to any and all opportunity to avoid doing the bare minimum to keep you around in the devaluation phase
So why keep is around though?. That i don't get.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Example: npd female is intimidated by other strong women.
This ex in 3 years declined every situation involving being around my 3 sisters who are attractive and fun and easy going. The one time around them , after years together, was very very awkward and quite and seemed uncomfortable in an embarrassing way. Like a little kid would be.

Npd is the opposite of a strong and composed woman.

Example: accused of being a cheater because I bought a new pair of tennis shoes for the first time in 3 years (brooks beast held up quite well) and wore those new shoes to the gym.

When i tried to respond with fact that i needed new shoes got the silent punishment treatment.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Ironically, I was in the opposite situation except she actually was! lol

Pure projection on her end here.
Example.
After years together i learned my ex (who has a 6 year old daughter from another man) was a smoker and actually smoked through her ENTIRE pregnancy.
This is unGodly to me, i learned this after i loved her for a few years. If i knew when meeting her i would have never given her the time of day.
What selfish POS would do this when pregnant?
Disturbing

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The npd refuse to be on the same page
Right! Being on the same page would mean harmony...mit what a NPD wants.

Besides you can not be on the same page with someone who wants it their way or no way...and if you accept it their way, they want it anotherway just to see you suffer.

I feel like my gf does this. Especially after a fight we have, she will act normal, try to engage, smile, laugh and act happy. Then a few days later its like she doesn't even want to look at me. I brought it up once in a fight and she said "its just that i want to be alone sometimes." But it could happen in a day. Like. Lets say we had a great morning, we went out to a park, or even to the store and all of a sudden its like she switches. If i ask her whats wrong she'll say "no". Then I ask "why are you acting like this" she says "acting like what?" Or "im not acting like anything" I'll say you're acting different.

Just denies it and acts like she has no idea what im talking about. As if I'm imagining it. Now if. Dont accept her answer she'll start getting irritated. If i get a little heated she immediately just starts arguing/ denying, the more i point out that she does infact switch like this, she'll argue and deny.

Im pretty observant so i know I'm not imagining it, im not crazy. Most times i just ignore this behavior because, idk i occupy myself with other stuff. But i still notice it.

Maybe she does this because shes insecure. Maybe its for drama. Idk. She doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs and i dont think she ever has.
Holy God mine was the same. Like all of a sudden a switch is flipped and something is wrong out of no where. Total change of mood and i could see it in her expression and overall stature. If i asked she got irritated more and more and was then mad at me for even asking as se was being weird.

One time we had a great day, walked at the trail by the lake and in the car on the way home 5 mins in i was talking about something and she just interrupted and said can we just drive and not talk anymore. I was like wtf?!!?? So i didnt say a word, home 15 mins later and she started talking to me and i said oh we are allowed to talk now? She got mad at me and made it like i ruined the day. Fukn psycho

Playing the field!
Woohoo good good. I would've lost it before all this, but the bed thing I would have kicked her out immediately and said good riddance and went back to bed

The moment a woman tests you the first time and nags or starts rolls her eyes, it's literally the end of the relationship. Just gotta pick up on it and jump ship as fast as possible

This is yeah, it's less nagging and more the total lack of respect
There is always a problem with the narcissist whether they need to nag or complain or cause a fight over nothing. It is as if they thrive in chaos we're piece makes them feel out of sorts.

We all have bad days however the narcissist has no self respect or dignity and just causes problems they are mean and horrible with that even the bat of an eye. It is unreal how heartless and cold they are and they could care less if you know it.

@exhausted have you moved on or still enjoying being treated like cr@p?
No sir I have moved on. A good point about being treated like crap. Sure putting up with it and sticking around seems like you enjoy it but that's not the case. More than anything you feel sorry for this person and they make sure to start all this **** after they built a good bond with you . They make sure you're best friends before coming out of nowhere with her torture and misery. These people are god awful they are Souless and have no heart they are full of black and emptiness. I would never hit a woman however these people deserve to have their fake souls ripped out of them and maybe their necks broke along the way. They are truly evil horrible and hurtful beings it honestly deserve to be treated like scum

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
