Iv been in no contact for almost a month now, which sucKS because I don't see my son anymore but if I don't do what she says I won't see him anymore, and I flat out refuse to do anything for her lol, now she's telling all her family and friends how terrible a person I am and everyone hates me.. ahhh chiitttt oh well.

I'm putting all her BS on the porch, it's not even worth anything and she never wanted it until this new chick moved in. Soo I'm a little tripped out now.. I don't feel like getting into legal trouble knowing these fvcked up court systems nowadays, I don't want to let her in my house lol.

- is this grounds for a restraining order?

Not a bad idea, You could also get an alarm. Simply safe is a cheap option. I have met crazy women but a different type of crazy.
If the group of thugs comes over don't let them in, call the police and tell them there are people trying to break in. They might come.

It's funny, when I lived in the rich part of town if I called the police they were there in 5 minutes or less. Now I live with the hispanics. They might show up in half an hour. The way I see it, you have two options...

1) Fight to have more time with your kid. That's gonna cost you some hard-earned cash
2) Write the whole thing off. Give her the money you're legally required and cut all contact with her and your son. Move to a new place and don't tell her where.

Take away the power she has over you. Either get the law on your side to see your son, or cut him out of your life. Either way will remove power from her. It's a 5hitty choice to make, but it'll be in your best interest to choose one of these.

Nobody here is going to judge you if you decide to give up your son. We know things are stacked against men when it comes to custody.

I hate to say man, but you are not gonna win that fight. It's not just her that's against you, but the whole system. Specially if you mostly make money under the table, you can't prove you got your **** together. But the good thing is you can hopefully hard reset your life elsewhere? I would... change is good. It just sucks for your kid but in the end, he'll be better off than if he had to live in total chaos between both his parents trash talking at each others.
I would keep the house locked, with alarm system and IP cams (30-50$ online) and call the cops at any show of her since she's obviously hostile. Then I'd plan a move where she has no idea and just disappear, into a different country.
