"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

The thing I am realizing more and more is that to appreaciate and be interested in yourself and your life, you have to be in the NOW. You have to smell, feel, taste, see, and hear whatever that is happening to really appreaciate. Most individuals are living in the past or the future, but failing to realize that the power is in the NOW, therefore, lack of appreaciating and interest, and conflict in life. :moon: Have fun.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I'm too horny to care. Funny how the girls start coming around and are more receptive. It's like they can sense it and turns them on!

There's nothing like a hot testonerized male to fill their needs.

Understand, appreaciate everything about yourself and your life, but I know it requires baby steps, for instance, finding 3 different things each do you appreaciates about yourself or your life for 2 weeks, and it could be the smallest thing such as your shoe to something big such as your humor. This will have a cascading effect, and eventually you will realiaze that people are starting to appreaciate you because the world is magnificent and complex mirror. First, you have to smile to see the smiling image in the mirror.

Whoa I didn't understand all of that. S'all good man, that's some deep sh!t I can tell :D

Sounds like a good exercise. Here's one I tried... I try to make an interesting story out of my ordinary day, by making it about me. This is really, really hard, but the mark of a great storyteller.

Without making any claim to being a great storyteller:

Today, my friend gave me a call. I only met this guy four months ago, yet I feel like he's my brother. I hadn't talked to him in two weeks because of drama with his girlfriend, and I was astonished at how much I missed him already. It's crazy how that guy already means more to me than so many of my older friends. It amazes me how sometimes I just connect with people, and after a short time, I can't imagine life without them.

Today I had a scary epiphany. I had met a bridesmaid at a wedding a month ago. Turned out she lived in Chicago like me, but in a far west suburb. This girl is cool, man. She loves to laugh, she works in something strangely medical like manufacturing urinal bags, but we had a crazy conversation about how we both love medieval romances and Greek mythology. Yes, we're nerds, I love it. I think this girl is really cool. Today, I wanted to call her, and although I don't remember which suburb she lives in, I do know that by some miracle I can take a train out to that general area. So as I was getting ready to call her, I realized that this is a really fun girl, and I just knew that if I called her, we would have a great time. We would laugh, we would get together, we would romp. In fact, it felt like we couldn't fail to have an epic time. This would mean that either she has a boyfriend or eventually the point would come where it would be right to kiss her, and who knows where it would go from there.

You'd expect this to be a wonderful feeling, of peace, or excitement, or joy. But instead I felt more anxious than ever. This may be something that you are used to, or have encountered before. For me, it was confusing. I just can't believe that I could want to fail with a great girl like her. What I've concluded from this is that a big part of me is terrified of looking like a fool, and of failing once again with women.

Thanks for reading ha ha, I tried.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Izza, you have "stumbled" upon a belief of yours, I believe. The belief is about concerning yourself with how others percieve you. The thing is if you accept (or maybe appreciate) yourself then you would not concern yourself with other individuals viewpoints and opinons, and their is no need to fight or oppose this belief just acknoweldge you have it and move on because if you will oppose this belief, it will get stronger. Also, I think you view being fool as bad. Hey, now you can express your gratitude toward yourself for noticing this belief. This belief does not allow you to express yourself completely and freely. The mirror has shown you what you are projecting .

I'm not entirely sure what you mean with that first part, but it's true I do hate appearing to be a fool. In our family we are always "smart" - and I have come to believe that this particular adjective can become the jailbars in a prison of pride, so to speak.

More particularly, I have always viewed it as lowly to approach women, want sex, and have sex. These are not "intellectual" activities, right? I'm an uber nerd, I know :D
