"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You wake up, and think about your day. First comes breakfast. You chill for a bit watching TV, reading SS, listening to music, etc. After you've been up for a few hours, you shower and start looking for plans.
I just want to get out of the house today. I called up almost 10 of my friends, nobody was available. Usually I make plans no problem. I OD'd on sosuave today. So bored. I don't have the motivation to play with Logic Pro X which is what I really want to do, but it gets me so frustrated. I want to learn how to produce but I'm not making any significant progress. So bored. Just one of those days...

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Sometimes I feel the same way. My friends don't want to go group activities and go to the same bar every night

I want to meet new people and socialize but I don't know how to do it alone. Its always better when there is someone with you even if he doesn't know what he is doing :D

Usually i get to clean my condo or do some work, read a book or go out with my bike when there is no one else to hang with but I often miss people diversity.

I will recomend you to go out to a bar or to a mall, and talk to all the girls you see (You can ask for directions or the time) it doesn't matter if they are ugly at first, because the purpose is to get comfortable with your own company and knowing what are you able to do alone. Maybe at the end of the day you will get some girls number ;)

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Don't make your life and your plans revolve around other people doing them with you. Become self sufficient, go try something new or do something you enjoy alone. And then either meet someone new, or don't.

You don't need others to have fun. Or go out.
