Spain has one of the most talented squads, but something is bound to happen to them again! Might be called France........

With Torres, Villa, Iniesta, Silva, Xavi, Alonso, Casillas, their squad is sure to be solid as a rock, let down by the defence IMO. If Puyol is the centrepeice, you have problems!

fabregas and torres really blossomed this year... i'm excited to see spain in action but who knows how it will go... last time greece won it for god's sake, who saw that coming? (although to their credit the amount of teamwork they displayed was amazing)

Summer 2006 was like a dream and I am curious how it's going to be in germany this time. I'll definitely go to the public viewing places again and watch the german team (hopefully it'll be worth it, the last two European cups were pretty bad for the german team).

Germany (will do well, always do)
Spain (I think these will reach the final but their defence will let them down)

Spain look by far the best so far, with their shaky defence probably looking the best out of any of the team in the Euro thus far. Add in the best midfield and attack in the world who are all firing, and you have a very very dangerous team!

Can never discount the Germans in big tournaments, but I think Spain have their number this time.

I perfectly agree with you, but with examples like Germany - Portugal (the best team in the tournament at that moment maybe) which ended 3-2, the Germans are known for exploiting every opportunity and although I see Spain dominating in this match, and scoring once, the Germans will score when the Spaniards least expect it and cut off their enthusiasm.
