that's not quite accurate, ever since 2000, the dot com bust, and all the outsourcing, the job market has gotten way more competitive. and in the US, the PE License is something thats given emphasis if you wanna work government jobs or do consulting. If you wanna work industry, like design IPODS or something, that Masters degree is way more important
definately... school is a challenging grind consisting of mostly applied math, and your career will a sausagefest with the potential for long hours and "take your work home with you" situationsSmoothTalker said:All I will say is, do not do it for the money or some other superficial reason.
