"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I do a lot of driving on my job. Sometimes it can be 2 hours to a location and 2 hours back. I get sleepy and have to drink a energy drink on the way there and the way back. I can't take the chance of falling asleep behind the wheel.

The main problem is that energy drinks aren't cheap. I'm spending way to much money on them. I'm looking for alternatives that are cheap and that will help me stay awake on these long drives. I do not drink coffee, so that is not an option.

I get about 7 - 8 hours of sleep per night, take protein, take amino acids, and take B12 plus other vitamins. But, I still get sleepy. Any ideas?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Guarana, taurine, off the top of my head. Now take into account I have never supplemented these nor do I know their side effects if they have any so do your own research.

There are a lot of types of coffee. I don't like typical restaurant stuff. I'm a coffee snob.

Also, good old fashioned no-doze is a simple caffeine pill.

Fast and you'll be alert as you would be on caffeine if not more

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I recommend vitamin water - Energy. It comes in a yellow bottle. It is cheaper than an energy drink and it also provides you with a daily dose of vitamins, and it also has caffiene in it. Il usually have a vitamin water energy or a vitamin water focus while eating my lunch, and I find that it gets me through my drowsy period just fine.

Thanks for the replies guys. I hate all coffee and I can't fast because I need the calories for body building.

I'm thinking of trying to switch to tea. I know I can get tea for cheaper then energy drinks cost.
2 hours both ways. You should feel lucky.
