"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

lol oh man........*embarassed laugh* hahaha ok i recently posted about what to do about a chick who emailed "uhhhhhhmmmmm hi"...... in my first post (email to chick)....well here's what happened:

i responed with something like:
wow i just got done reading your LONG email (all it said was uhhmm hi) and told her about myself and asked her a few questions....well one of the things that struck me were: she has a two month old baby and also SHE IS ONLY 16......

now one of the reasons i emailed her was becuase her friendster profile said she was about or above legal age, which i don't remember, and also was becuase i wanted to get over my shyness and thought id start on the friendster personals, i can talk to girls on the streets, but its hard sometimes becaues they always are either in a rush or somthing or other.....

anywho i was gonnna say the above (something like, wow your still a baby! :D) (yes the smile too), and that we could be friends, since she is only 16 and im not about to go to jail over this s*hit.....but on the other hand i was gonna just not respond, im in shock right now......i think she told me about her being 16 to tell me to bugg off, by the way she said it *oh yeah, and im 16*

i know im analyzing too much, but we are talking serious jail time and im not going to jail over some b*itch......what would u do?

be friends?
tell her that i emailed her b/c she her profile caught my eye, and that i im trying to get to know people on the streets and meet on personals to get over my shyness?

or not respond?.....hmmm any thoughts?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

i answered

well , i have no plans on meeting her, since she IS only 16 and has a kid.......but i did email her, just basically asking questions as a friend, and saying that if she stills wanted to be friends it won't bother me, i left it up to her..

i am well aware that you are not supposed to give women "your power", its just that there is a BIG gap in age difference and also so she can't accuse me of ****.... (lets just say i don't want to be the Latino R. Kelly) paranoid? yes i am..but its for a good reason...anyway i may as well post a field report, its not much, but since there were alot of managers at my work today, i could only say hi to a girl or 2, and meet one at the register....

Apparently age doesn't matter much, if she's 16 and already has a child. I wouldn't worry about anything short of getting her pregnant - obviously she's already demonstrated the fact that she is determined to keep the baby (unless you're ready for fatherhood, wrap it up!)

Other than that, have a blast. (Though if you're over 21, it's just sick. Really.)

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

nah its free

nah friendsters free, and its handy to find old friends and make new ones...im practicing my convo skill and greetting skills/ice breakers, that how i met this chick...

ok
well her profile said she was 22, and then her other one on a different website said 18, but she old me about that after she said she was 16...when she told me that she had a kid, i decided to not even try thats why i said that that its up to her if she wants to be friends...besides well one profile says single and the other married, but unless she turns 17 this year, im not gonna say a word about hooking up or meeting

but she said that she shops alot where i work, and im going to respond with: ill tell you if you promise not to be a serial stalker....or something, practicing my c+f skills, and being a smarta*ss........well anyway well see what happens, but i have no intent on hooking up with her lol

but when you said wrap it up [T]he ishop, what did you mean? hmm oh well later yall
