“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Training 5x5 at the moment, when I finish the cycle I want to increase my power (Think NFL linebacker strength & conditioning), because I may start to play with one of the few leagues down here in Australia. Yourself dude?

10x3 sounds interesting although I'm thinking your recovery'd need to be good for it? Anything IA says is good though.

5x5 is solid. I'm actually doing something along those lines to get myself back up to speed, I haven't worked out hard for a looooooooong time (real life getting in the way).

Cheers guys, keep up the good work!

Thats the samething i thought, but IA has a lot of different versions of it depending on recovery ability. For most guys he spaces the 10x3's out and cycles them with 1x3,3x3 or something to that extent. And for some guys he'll do 8x3 or 6x3 just depending. In conclusion the man is a genius.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Hey there rupert :p

Training (or lack thereof) is going well. I've only just come back from a 16 break due to a long term hip problem. I've been easing myself into a full body workout every 5 or 6 days, and the strength is coming back slowly. I'm only squatting and benching around 100 - 120kg but my form is good and I'm not in pain, which is the most important thing.

I'll start boxing again soon, and gradually trim the flab from my gut hehehe.

Whats your training looking like at the moment?

I don't know. I doubt it'll be this year.. so much going on for me. If I can get a consistent run of (strength oriented) training together next year I SHOULD come close at least.

But hey, some years ago I was breaking 200lbs on the deadlift and thinking it was cool.. I'm in no huge hurry. lol.

I know I'm late in on this one... haven't been around here much lately - I'll explain...

Finished college in June last year, and was assimilated into the working world at the same time (transfered from intern to full time over the weeks that followed.) From there I lost a ton of time because of the new job, new house, new roommates, and the socializing/friendship building that came with that stuff.

New gym got in the way of the routine, as well as meeting everyone at work and getting to know them. Less time after work and during the day to peruse the board too ;)

Then was x-mas and all that, put on some lbs, and now I'm "dieting down" (I know you guys hate that hahaha...) to be able to fit in some shorts for summer.... What good is having clothes if they don't fit? It's ok to get bigger, but i was getting the wrong kinda bigger over the past months, and I didn't wanna encourage it by getting new clothes...

My strength has gone down, I peaked at some good workouts a few months before graduation (I got that 4 plate pull manuva :)).

Back into the grind, and I hope you guys are all doin well. I'll be stoppin by more often, gotta get back into reading around here, and tryin to help if I can.
