"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

So then the real fear is that ebola mutates and becomes aerosolized Super Ebola. It's far from my area of expertise, but that does not seem entirely unrealistic.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Already there's parents in Texas pulling their kids from school because of the fear.

Even if this grows very slowly in the states, like 50 new cases per year, which isn't unreasonable, it could easily lead to people freaking out and removing themselves from commerce, hoarding, etc.

The economic impact could be much worse, simply due to irrational fear than anything else.

People tend to do crazy things when they think the end is near.

Hopefully (and probably likely) this will be taken care of soon, but it's not unreasonable to see this is as the Black Swan event that dooms us, for reasons beyond comprehension at this point.

CDC? You mean the same organization that publishes bogus statistics, such as claims that 1 in 4 women are victims of sexual abuse? The same CDC that accidentally exposed lab technicians to anthrax?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2693747/Eleven-scientists-biosafety-panel-FIRED-CDC-reveals-bird-flu-breach-following-anthrax-debacle.html

I'm not sure I would put blind faith in everything that CDC says. As with any government bureaucracy, it's only a matter of time until they fvck up in a spectacular fashion.

I wouldn't trust much published by the Daily Mail UK either, when on the website you posted there is a link to an article titled "There's still so much love there: Jennifer Lopez reacts to ex-boyfriend Diddy's glowing comments about her famous Booty"

The story can be independently verified with a google search (the one about anthrax, not Lopez's booty).

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

The only reason this breakout seems to be spreading more rapidly is because it is in an area where Ebola has never occurred before. Nearly ALL the previous outbreaks were in Central Africa, this latest one is in West Africa. The people in West Africa are unfamiliar with the disease, and ill equipped to treat it.

The virus only becomes contagious after the incubation phase, with the onset of symptoms. People suffering from the effects of Ebola aren't typically wandering about airports spreading it like influenza, they are either at home or in a hospital bleeding to death. Nearly all the cases of transmission can be attributed to medical care or handling of dead bodies.
It's about as contagious as HIV, except for the fact that it kills its host before they have a chance to unwittingly transmit it. If you see someone with blood leaking out of every orifice and the skin lesions covering their entire bodies, wear gloves, dont touch them or wash your hands, crisis avoided.

Taiyuu and Bokanovsky are already panicked and advocating that for others.

The epidemiology to the Liberian national and from him are far more important than either closing the border or acting like a ninny.

From what you can find out, it sounds as though both CDC and the locals have found most of the people this guy was in contact with and have tested them and are watching them.

Closing the borders for what? 1 person infected?

What about the hundreds of people struck by lightning or eaten by sharks a year? Should Obama ban clouds and people going into the ocean, since clearly sharks and lightning are many hundreds of times more dangerous than Ebola?

If he had closed the border you'd be screaming about your freedom being taken away.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

No shame. Panic is a waste of mind and energy. It accomplishes nothing.

CDC and the locals have already screened over 80 people and will observe them over the next several week.

Action beats panic every time.

You can also get it just by cleaning up after someone, or if a little vomit splatter gets on you and gets to your eyes, nose, etc,...

TicTac,

Nobody is saying to panic, but the stupid decisions HAVE to stop.

We have a man from Ghana, living in Liberia, who has no job yet has a sister living the US, and we let him into the country?

Seriously, wtf? Not only was he an ebola risk, but it was obvious he was an illegal immigrant risk. And he was granted a Visa!!

Apparently it is more important to let the illegals in than it is to protect from the spreading of a huge health risk.
No to mention he's probably going to rack up a hospital bill in the 100's of thousands of dollars we'll be paying for. He shouldn't have a sister already here to have any reason to 'visit' in the first place. Letting Africans or any other 3rd worlders in the country has win written all over it  . It's not unlike gays and HIV (which was transported out of Africa btw) and the gay promotion agenda. Move along nothing to see here.

80 people had direct or indirect contact with this guy and four relatives are being 'isolated' http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/scores-possibly-exposed-to-us-ebola-patient-four-isolated/ar-BB6Eoek.

12-18 medical personnel had direct contact with him while he was symptomatic, and they had indirect contact with many others.

Now if this ebola is so difficult to contract, then why did he reportedly contract it from merely helping carry a woman with ebola where he was from? Why is it still spreading so much with so much intervention and precautions supposedly going on now in W. Africa? Why are full Hazmat suits worn when transporting an ebola patient? And why do they need to be isolated?

I'd say it's not just because ebola is so deadly and it's just taking extra precautions. I'd say because it is in fluids like sweat, saliva, phlegm etc commonly given off by patient that it is not too much harder to contract than the flu is.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Somehow I'm guessing Bathhouse Barry and his handlers won't be doing that.

Neither did Drunkard George and his handlers.

It can be transmitted through bodily fluids because the afflicted start hemorrhaging blood, this includes the skin and mouth.

The virus cannot survive outside of blood. It can live for several hours in dried blood and up to several weeks in dead tissue.

It isnt highly contagious, but it is highly infectious. Its only a problem in countries with extremely poor medical facilities and an ignorant population.

Too late. Med companies that deal with this are already up. Airlines are already down. Markets tend to move way before internet forum chatter.

Anyway you want to twist it, even westerns who understand hygiene and prevention are getting infected who come in contact with people with ebola.

Even a cameraman working for NBC news in Liberia has contracted ebola.

http://news.yahoo.com/american-cameraman-nbc-news-diagnosed-ebola-liberia-004538346.html

[Dr.]Snyderman said journalists in Liberia carry thermometers for regularly taking their temperatures and observe such precautions as avoiding handshakes and hugs, as well as washing their hands with diluted bleach and water and dipping their feet into bleach solution before entering hotels or other public places.

She said she wore a biohazard suit recently when visiting an Ebola ward, and was helped out of it afterward by two nurses who "meticulously" removed the suit from her body.

"Obviously zero risk means never coming to Liberia," she said.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
