I'm trying to loose the fat around my belly, but i work and i only have 1 hour to lunch, so i decided to make a change, i was only eating mac donalds, pizzas and such now my lunch consists of a soup, fruits and low fat white cheese, i eat food replacements vas well, like dietetic chocolate bars between breakfast and lunch.

low fat theory is pure crap.

cheese and fruit is ok..

research into high protein and lower carbs.. those foods you suggested (mcdonalds, etc.) are weight gainers because of the high card and fat content.

you can eat as much protein and fat , but careful with the carbs (bread, rice, pasta, sugar etc.)
