Ever since I've known her (almost a year) she has said little to nothing about her real feelings until she is filled with liquor. This shi+ can be quite confusing at times. What comes out of her mouth ranges from "I love you" all the way to break-up talk. Getting her to open up has been always been difficult. Except for a few times. Can any one relate to dealing with these types of chics?

A little. I wouldn't party with a girl like that... If she wants to talk to you she can talk to you sober. Otherwise, just ignore her at parties.

What's the worst that can happen?
That she won't confuse you with her mixed signals? ...Big loss.

She's got you on the emotional roller coaster, and you don't know how to get off the ride. Get rid of her until you learn how to handle women like this. You are letting her beta you into being her emotional tampon. Not good , bro.
