Master Don Juan
What are the different methods you guys use to overcome being in a funk?
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
I would divorce on the spot if my wife did that. Good input.A lot of guys end up trying too hard to get out of these funks. For me, less effort can often lead to more.
I typically put some work into appearing well dressed, groomed, etc. But I've been preoccupied with other things the last few weeks. Yesterday I was particularly lazy. I just threw on some blue jeans, a plain long sleeve shirt that wasn't tight but snug enough to show some physique, did a quick, messy-like styling of the hair and a pair of boots I typically reserve for more dressed-up situations. Caught a lot of women staring at me yesterday. Quite a few unprovoked compliments throughout the day. One woman straight up told me I was handsome right in front of her husband.
Little ego boosts like these can typically get a guy back on his game again.
I've had some great success when I put in little or no effort to my appearance. A relaxed appearance denotes a relaxed attitude.A lot of guys end up trying too hard to get out of these funks. For me, less effort can often lead to more.

This is exactly what I find. I'll get into a slump, approach like crazy, and get 100% flakes. It's only after I say 'fvck it' and start focusing on going out and making new acquaintances that I actually start meeting new women who are interested.A lot of guys end up trying too hard to get out of these funks. You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
110% best way. Its just like getting back into investments. You need some money. In this case you need some puzzy till your back on your confidence. Just keep phucking.Get on OLD. Shag a few 5-6 single moms to get that ***** smell on u and then work your way up again.
Yeah I've just about reached fùck it mode. This is exactly what I find. I'll get into a slump, approach like crazy, and get 100% flakes. It's only after I say 'fvck it' and start focusing on going out and making new acquaintances that I actually start meeting new women who are interested.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
There's something to be said about that. A man who cares about his own body. The strength training in the gym gives dividends in many areas of life. Not just with appearances, but doing the natural things we men we created for, building structures, fighting in battles (back then it was physical, in recent times, one would say it's more psychological when applied to business...), or a freaking bear in the wild. I think women are just naturally drawn to a stronger body.... unless the woman looks like Starlet, the ripped wife of the karate sensei from Office Space; they're not going to fend off threats. Here's a link to exercise and testosterone worth checking out.It also may have been that because you've been working out consistently you started to develop a good hard body so the woman could see some instant profit in being with you.
Strongly advise against that.Get on OLD. Shag a few 5-6 single moms to get that ***** smell on u and then work your way up again.
