"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I need a license!! I'm tired of not being allowed to drive around! I am ordering a book & CD tomorrow so I can take care of it! I'm sure you're wondering how a 24 yr old doesn't have a license, well I already passed the theory but failed the practical exam because my eyes aren't 20/20. When I checked the optometrist he said I don't yet need glasses. So this time I will do my best even more.

I am also gonna get some gym shoes this week so that I can hit the gym and grow those muscles! I already worked hard on my bod all last year, I must continue!

Good grades in school is a must! I am already on the road to success. Worked my ass off over the summer holidays. Doing better than most of my classmates. They don't demand much of me, so I got to take care of that first and foremost!

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Sweet dude. Try not to overload yourself with too many new habits at once; you'll be more likely to fail. Instead, implement one or two major ones each month.

For example, this month I will have no energy drinks/soda, something I've been struggling with for the past 3-4 years. I've been off them since December 17 2013, but I'm waiting for the end of this month so I don't have to stagger my habits on the 17th.

Want me to rename the thread title for you so you can use this thread as a journal? Keeping one helps, especially when you go back and read it in the future.
