"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Drinking olive oil?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

there are much more delicious ways to consume olive oil than drinking it, but to each his own, I guess.

I drink it everyday. I have my favorite brands typicially Bertolli tastes best or really cheap brands for some reason. Some taste real spicy and if you don't have a cup a water you will be running towards the faucet, others have a strong taste, then you have others that just taste good.

I take 8-10 tbsp a day

I just throw mine in with whey shakes. I try taking a spoonful by itself every once in awhile but the taste is unbearable.

And 8-10 tbsp a day?? Do you know how many calories that is?

Yup. C'mon Quik you calculated my macros the other day haha.

And I don't like olive oil in my shake, pretty nasty. I do the same thing with my eggs, I don't like mixing it in my shake. Distorts the flavor and makes for like a quart of whey instead of just a cup or two. Drinking shakes for almost two years, you kind of get reallll tired of it. Nothing wrong with Rockying it!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I chase a table of olive oil with milk. No big deal.

I don't know why you would mix it in a shake. That is terrible. That's just prolonged disgustingness.

Just had a tablespoon this morning. Jesus christ that was disgusting, what made the taste worse was that the olive oil stays in your mouth =|.

green tea takes the taste away almost instantly btw, to anyone who wants to try it

the thought of that makes me want to puke

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

It doesn't taste bad. The milk immediately kills off the after taste of olive oil and i only taste milk.

x2. Just throw 1-2 tbsp into your shakes, depending on how much fat you need. In shakes, you don't even taste it.

I have to agree with EFFORT....it completely ruins the shake.

Btw I just tried Bonelli's extra virgin olive oil - tastes really ethnic but it doesn't have the burn some of the other brands have when you drink it.

I used to use Nlarge chocolate in my shakes. I used to throw in 3-4 raw eggs in addition to 2 tbsp of olive oil. Nlarge dulls out all of that stuff.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
