"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Any of you ever drink at home alone?

I bought a six pack and am indulging watching a good movie. My friends are a bunch of doosh bags.

Just curious...

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Yeah, it's nice sometimes. If your friends suck, make friends with better people.

Or maybe you're the problem as well? If everyone you meet seems like a jerk, it's probably just you. Jut trying to help.

I have a few bottles are home for the few times I ever have a real bad day at work that I need a drink or two to settle the nerves or whenever I use it in cooking. Straight up drinking though I don't all too much.

I would warn you to be careful. Drinking by yourself at home can be one of the first signs of alcoholism. The habit can be insidious whereby it will develop over many years without one moment where you realise you are drinking too often which is affecting other aspects of your life.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I do it once in a while... basically when I'm either stressed out or having a bad day and nobody is available to go out.. and I need to unwind. It makes me feel better.

Gaucho, Mayweather Ortiz is almost here, Ortiz is looking strong... you think there could be an upset?

I drink by myself probably two or three times a week. Its an end of the day thing ive started doing ever since I turned 21 a couple months ago. While working on homework, dinner or just watching tv with 4 or 5 drinks is completely relaxing for me. Sometimes beer, sometimes liquor.

Im well aware its a sign of alcoholism but I never lose control of my drinking in social settings or when im alone. I never black out and I always know when to stop.

My drinking has almost never negatively impacted my relationships with friends and family; which I personally think is the biggest factor when looking for an alcohol problem.

I try to drink a glass of red wine after every meal for health purposes, and usually do till I run out of wine and become lazy and don't go get another bottle for weeks ;)

The only other alcohol I drink is when going out with friends to the club to loosen up. I try not to drink beer at home to not develop a habit of it. I rather keep beer for socializing.

I'm a full blown alcoholic, so yes. I prefer social drinking, but if it's not the weekend or no one wants to hang out it doesn't stop be from indulging in my beer time.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yeh, almost here, pretty exciting card actually. I think Mayweather wins this hands down though, just picks Ortiz apart and pot shots him to an easy win. Of course, there is always the chance of a 1 punch KO, but slim chances here I think.

Sir Psycho, definately impacting friends or family is the biggest problem, anything other damage your doing is most likely only to your own health which is entirely upto you.

I'll drink beer out with friends but almost never buy beer for the house. I just don't get anything out of drinking beer at home. But a nice couple glass's of wine makes you mellow and is very enjoyable.

I want to hate George Thorogood but can't...

The other day I got invited to a party,
but I stayed home instead
Just me and my pal Johnny Walker,
and his brothers Black and Red
And we drank alone, yeah,
with nobody else
Yeah, you know when I drink alone,
I prefer to be by myself

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
