"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Think o specificf examples to put women on an emotionall roller coaster ride (NOT DRAMA maybe partial drama)?

1. Live up to promises then break them?
ex. you and your gf plan on watching a movie then all the sudden, a good friend that you havent seen for years tells you he wants to see you the same night you and your girl are gona see a movie. So, instead of spending time with her , you then decide to go see your friend because theres a good logical reason why you should see him.

*so, would this be drama or creating push and pull?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I think the "hot and cold" method is better than drama. It seems to work very well for me. One minute shower them with affection, the next, pull back and be aloof.

I don't know exactly why this works with women, but it does.

DjNoob....you really do NOT have to even worry about this. There are a lot more things a guy has to focus on and work on when they are trying to find their way in having lasting involvements with women...and this is seriously a waste of your time.

All you really need to do is be a man and the woman will react by being a woman. It's actually very simple.

Men have been conditioned by society to behave like girly men...until you undo that damage and take on the role of a man it doesn't matter how many of the hints or techniques here you try...it's not going to get you anywhere.

Learn to BE A MAN...that's ALL you really need to do.

ok wild, now, can you please provide at least one example of your definition of "BE
A MAN" besides the not being to clingy etc." part

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

ok, this "Be a man" i think doesn't apply to my age yet since im in my mid 20s...

Wild, arent you in your 40s from what Ive read ..so maybe you're applying this "Be a man/nice guy"persona to males around their early 30s (the ones who are ready to settle down)

It seems like "the nice guy attitude" which girls around my age are not as attracted to compared to the the jerk/fun type guy

Im asking this because I'm trying pin point exactly the kind of men most women are attracted to within my age range

No, thats what a loser does. Sounds like behaviour that'd go on with an AW. You can push and pull, but if you feel like you need to make drama that means you are desperate for any feelings from her whatsoever.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I do not understand how creating drama in an otherwise drama-free relationship is a good thing.

I would LOVE to find a girl who was 100% drama free. Drama just causes anxiety and pent-up rage. It does not "make things interesting" as you so put.

Here is some advice to live by:

IF YOUR RELATIONSHIP IS NOT MAKING YOUR LIFE BETTER, YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN IT!

(man, I should post in the tips section more)

If you are setting out to create emotional turmoil just to keep the attention of a girl, then you are acting the role of a dependent AFC who needs conflict to remind him that he is still in a relationship with a girl he thinks is above him.

And to answer your original post, breaking promises doesn't create drama. What it does is diminish your integrity and make you look like a fool.
