What is usually the age of these girls?

usually about 25 - 40 but I think they do an older group out here too

5 years is a long time. for you it happens slowly... for others that see you less often the changes can be dramatic or at least noticed. there is a good enough threshold....

the other thing that is happening is compression is still occurring. 5 years ago perhaps the top 20% are included, 5 years later now its the top 18 or 19%. the compression is still happening. what was clearly good enough 5 years ago, might be not enough now.

but at the same in terms of success things did not really changed, just that I see more of girls freezing, becoming anxious or creating hurdles close to the finishing line

I feel it is easier to get close to the closing line, but then you get more artificial hurdles or girls just freezing / becoming anxious once you are close to the finishing line, despite things going smoothly till then

it is like a paradox, girls seem to be that are warmer in general and go with the flow, but get cold when close to passing the finishing line

usually when you isolate them, if you do not move fast enough they will get into auto rejection. If you move fast, you will hit crazy last minute rejection where basically their body shuts down
