I used to be a pretty lean guy, and now I've gained a few extra pounds (and it's starting to show ). My biggest pet peeve is the extra chin I'm starting to get. I've read some articles that say to stretch the neck/chin muscles out, and results will be seen (Is this true?).
I know basic fat loss is a solid answer, but don't know where (specifically which kind of exercises are most effective, etc.) to start as I've always had to focus on gaining (Running sucks by the way, surly there must be better methods?).
