dot on penis...

ok so ever since i could remember there was a tiny tiny dot on the skin of my penis that was the same color of my skin. but yesterday, it turned dark red all of a sudden, and it's the size of a ladybug. it doesn't hurt by itself, but whenever something comes in contact with it, it hurts. what could this be? if u need mroe details let me know, cause i just don't feel comfortable talking to my parents about these things.

Well if it was me, I'd get my buck knife and lop it off. But for you, I would suggest seeing a doctor.
