Welcome to 2004. Seriously though, this is Mystery Method 101 stuff. It's also right in line with Tom Leykis's idea of not giving women validation because it inflates their ego. Women with high self-esteem are often the most difficult to date. Doubly so if they are not humble. Triple so if they regularly use their looks to their advantage to the point that's all they have going for themselves.

Never be in awe of a womans beauty. You can acknowledge it but never make a big deal out of it. The guys who do that are basically telling the woman that she has higher value.
