"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

****, last night i ended my relationship with my girlfriend, we only been togheter for 3 months, i know her since we where in higschool and we have tons of mutual friends, so i took it easy and right from the start i ignored a lot of red flags that EVERYONE should be aware of. My stupid excuse was, "shes a friend, i want to give her the benefit of a doubt". So what where the red flags you ask?

Cancels too many dates
Says she wants children and marriage right from the start
Shes sometimes distant, sometimes all over you
Shes 35 and never been married

I wasnt happy with the relationship right from the start, so what did i do, i was seeing other women, no problem, but still i just couldnt accept the relationship. So last night i got fed up with it, i called her and told her i wasnt "comfortable" with the relationship, she apologized and told me she was sorry for not being able to give it 100% and focusing too much on work, she wanted to wait until the next day so we could talk, but i told her it wasnt necesary, i wished her the best and said goodbye.

Red flags my friends, dont ignore them, they are what they are, in this case, i ignored a woman who was saying she wanted marriage, kids, and soon, and at the time she didnt seem to have time for a day off every now and then.

Don't do what i did, and what did i learn from this one?

1.-Trust your instincts
2.-Don't ignore red flags

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
