I sort of see your point, but I'd say......... don't commit manslaughter.
She couldn't not have said anything more effective to ensure the maximum chance that he'd be severely harmed or killed. It turned out being the latter in this case.

Damn, the guy was flattering and flirtatious to a woman who says that she had no friends before meeting him and she goes off and calls him a rapist. But then again he must not have been the brightest bulb to be sitting in a truck with her while she is just wearing a bathrobe in front of her house!!! WTF was he thinking??!!!

It probably won't happen, but I hope this sets a precedent for punishing women who falsely cry rape. Currently it's pretty much just something to do if they're pissed off.
I use to live in Arlington and Texas is one of the few places where you can legally shoot someone on your property after dark even if they aren't necessarily threatening you. Anyway what this show is how AFC's have bought into and overreact to the rape myth.

You can sue on the grounds of her putting your life in jeopardy, mental anguish, and stress, having to watch your back at all times for some unexpected ambush from an overreacting male acquaintance of hers. She feeds him and the whole world lies, he kills me. Loss of freedom. Paranoia.Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is.
