"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

ok guys i need some help. ok today was my birthday. n i went out wit all my friends. and theres this one girl im talking to that WAS NOT THERE. she was at home because she lives kind of far. should i call her tonight? or should i call her tomorrow? or not call her at all and wait for her to call me? i dont wanna look like im a loser with nothing to do so i call her, but yea. and also another question is. sunday im taking her out on a date. would this be too much for a first date : Movie ( ring 2 ), Lunch, Bowling, then out ta this really nice place where you can see all these lights at night?? if its too much plz tell me what to do. beacuse i dont get to see this girl a lot. twice a week at the max. and i really do like her.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Bro...don't get your boxers all bunched up. Take a deep breathe and relax!

hahaha

Ferril though..you have nothing to worry about..she already accepted the first date with you this Sunday. Don't over analyz this situation. First off, just have fun. Second, have fun. And third..HAVE FUN!! Its a date...it doesn't matter if you go bullriding and eating tofu burgers...if you have fun, smile, and are confident without being needy..you'll be fine.

When to call? Why call? Should I call today? Tommorrow?

Bro....calm down...

Basically she had a valid reason for not making your bday...so don't look at it as a guage of low interest. REMEMBER, YOU ALREADY HAVE THE DATE, over analyzing will only screw things up.

Her missing your bday is a perfect opportunity to call her and give her a neg/hit and some c/f:

"Awww....so you think you're too cool to come to my birthday eh! hahaha..all good...I'll let you make it up to me with a lap dance when I pick you up this Sunay!"

Good C/F opener...you say it with the right attitude and a ****y yet non-arrogant goofy tone...it will come off smoothly and put her in a position to owe you one for missing out on your bday. This is a great way to confirm the date too.

Good luck bro..and relax and have fun with it. Be confident..and remember, you ALREADY HAVE THE DATE

thanks man i really really appreciate your help. i guess the reason im over thinking is because, i played it REAL cool with my ex and we had a LTR but in the end she became this vicious ***** that was just so mean to me.. and im sure the reason was because i became too comfortable with her and i gave her everything up front so she had nothing to try for

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

You obviously have no clue about the proper attitude to have.

Of course this is not problem, because you will learn it soon!

The best thing you could do now is to call her, be confident and ask her out. Don't hesitate on the phone, be short and to the point.

She either goes out with you or not. Do you have anything to lose? Of course not. It can only get better from this point on.

PS: On my site there is an article about first dates. Check it out if you want.

Good luck!
