“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Week 1 Day 4

I got 6 more hellos in today while doing my daily routine.

I got 2 hellos done during lunch break at work when I went to the cafeteria to eat lunch.

I got 4 more hellos done tonight while walking to and from class.

Again, I see that blocking out time in my schedule to do this is the only way I’ll complete this exercise on time. I have 16 hellos total.

@Papijack

I've probably said hey, hello, what's up or nodded my head at several guys this week, I don't remember them all, maybe a dozen or so. I do that as a normal course of action so that's not something I have an issue with. My issue is saying hello with women, which is why I'm not counting saying hello to guys as part of this exercise. I see where you're coming from though as beign social with anyone and everyone is important. My major sticking point is doing daytime approaches and this bootcamp will help cure that problem.

After knocking out the first dozen or so, it will start feeling a little more normal. This evening, saying hello and locking eye contact has gotten easier. I feel that after 50, I know I'll feel quite a bit more comfort with the whole thing.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

A lot more eye contact today. I was a bit hesitant to saying 'hi' to random people but eventually i said **** it and managed to get 10 hellos out of random people. I seriously thought it would be alot worse. Its no biggie now. I'm definately gonna get my 'hi' count up tomorrow though.

EDIT: Papi, point taken.

Do you guys smile at guys and say 'hello,' around here we give a head nod, or a what's up.

If you give EC, even the most thugged out **** will feel obligated to acknowledge.

Papijack, I rethought what you said and I will start including greeting men from now on.

I just went downstairs to the lunch area to pick up my food and I got 4 more greetings in, one to a middle aged man, one to a beatiful black woman (damn I've literally seen 2 black females in the last 4 days....I'm going through withdrawal yall), I had a humorous conversation with a woman in the elevator and I said hello to a woman passing by. That made 4 greetings in less than 20 minutes. I'll need to get some more in after work to make up for lost time.

I am enjoying this, it's fun and I feel on top of the world right now. I can feel the introvert in me being replaced by a person that enjoys being around others. I know this will get more difficult later on but I welcome the difficulty.

To a guy, I'll usually say what's up or how's it going, something like that. It seems that only brothas respond to the head nod. I give EC too.

I find sitting on my ass drinking beer with friends and playing Halo 2 much more comfortable. Although the former gets more and more comfortable each time you are taken OUT of your comfort by approaching them
Thanks for the advice avatar, I used it today. I'll admit it was hard to start off though. In the first few I noticed my voice was kind of low (high enough for them to hear it but it's not my real voice). So I was trying to fix it (and did get a lot better). In the beginning I was also stopping myself from saying hi because they kept looking at the ground. Eventually I said to myself what you typed, "If you say hi and they don't say hi back, who gives a flying sweet ****? That is why I stress the fact that you don't even want to wait for EC. " So that's what I did and noticed that even if there is no EC most will say hi back. Through experience I also found the right amount of distance for me to say hi and still give them time do it back. All this got me 19 hi's today and each gets easier then the one before :). I'm proud of myself. My total is 22 hi's so I see myself finishing on time. I would have done more but I remembered I had to go to the gym (I might get a few more there).

And on an unrelated note, DJLegion, why did you not ask that one girl for her digits? From the sounds of it you had the inside of her thighs wet.

REMEMBER THIS LINE: "well I gotta run. Let me give you a call sometime."
Heh, yeah I think I could have gotten the digits but I just didn't feel good with the conversation because I cut it short myself. I don't think I have a problem with asking the number...I think more of my problem is the conversation to get there. This bootcamp should help me fix my problem :).

Btw, thanks for the advice avatar and papi jack.

This is how i did today. I got 6 HI's at work (restaurant) and 15 at the mall.

Something i noticed is that the more frinedly and confident you look, the more friendly people reacts. Most of my hi's were kind of timid so i most of the hi's i got back were just "polite hi's"

I got 3 good hi's.

1.) I saw a little kid playing and i started to laugh. When i looked up (still with the smile) i got EC with one of the girls that sells make up at the mall and i just say hi instinctively. She said hi back with a big smile. It's curious, by the expresion on her face it seemed that she was actually happy of having somebody breaking her routine. She was a solid 8 by the way.

2.) At the restaurant, middle age couple. I smiled and said how are you doing guys? They gave me a sincere smile and asked me where the restrooms were. Later before they left they walked to me to say bye. That felt good!

3.)A little girl (12 or 13) walking towards me at the mall. She kept EC contact all the time and we both say hi almost at the same time. I could help but laugh.

That was my day today. Tomorrow one more mall.

Week 4 day 5

I had to run some errands after work. I went to school to search for my lost flash memory card which has all of my homework and notes on it (I’m heated about that), went to Frys to buy another flash card and went to look at living room furniture, then stopped by the bookstore. I got 9 more hellos in for a total of 13 for the day and 29 for the week.

I'm going to echo what Papi Jack said about confidence.

I've noticed when I'm doing this happily on the one hand, when there's a bit of gritting of teeth (usually with women) on the other.

The thing I'm noticing at the positive end is when I'm not looking for approval, but instead thinking, "I'm offering them a hello" -- like a gift for them -- people seem really appreciateive. I'm adding that into the mix.

And, oh, yeah. Do it to everybody. Just make it a habit. It makes it a lot easier when you're not trying to "think through" whether you wanto smile and say hello and you simply do it because someone is nearby.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Oh, and to clarify my last post....

I've noticed that with attractive women I leave a very centered place and enter a place of wanting.... approval, a smile back, her... instead of simply "radiating" good-natured smiles.

Hi, where can I read the next weeks?

In fact, is this the official bootcamp or just something from yourself?

We are actually in week one of the DJ Bootcamp. If you want to find more information on the DJ Bootcamp (like what we need to do for the next couple of weeks) then go to the DJ Bible at the top right of this screen and search for the Bootcamp. Here's a quick link: http://www.jbspencer.com/djb/djbc.pdf

I went to all my classes today and talked to some people (and slept) but didn't get any hi's in. So after all my classes I came home, did some things and went back to campus. Unfortunatly this was around 7 pm. Campus was so deserted. I had to keep walking in circles to meet people. All in all I got in 15 hi's. I think I would have finished if there were more people. I still have a small problem projecting my voice to what I want it to be. But right now it's good enough for them to hear. My grand total is 37. That means I have 13 to go. I'll probably finish it tomorow.

I have a question, is tomorow the last day for week one?

Week 1 day 2

Ok here we go, I got a little later start than you guys did but anyways- on day 1 I sat by this HB in class who I already knew and we talked. At one point she put her head on my shoulder and said she was tired-that was good. After my first class I walked across campus and saw many HBs. After walking around for about 30 minutes I had made eye contact, smiled, and said "hi" to 5 HBs. Day 2 (today) started off not as good. While going to class, I saw a HB standing by the street waiting for a ride, I could have gone and talked to her, but I pussed out and kept walking. This somewhat hurt my overall confidence and I only made eye contact with one girl all day. I think I am going to have to devote a lot more time to this if I'm going to really do it right-like I want to. Many girls will not look directly at you or seem like they are in a hurry. It gets sort of frustrating but I know I can't give up.

Okay, I just got back from the grocery store and scored 3 more hi's. Ten left.

Also, I want to share some stuff with you. The first thing is a tip and the second is something that happened today.

As I was walking around today it was dark so I didn't really want to appear out of nowhere and say hi (Of course I was in a lighted path way, but it could have been better). So since everyone is usually looking at the floor (...I can't believe it either....). I decided to see what would happen if I start walking in their path. So I get infront of them and keep walking. They will look up, and I'll get EC and move a little. This is a smooth move, so the person does not think this is intentional. Then holding the EC I say hi as I get closer. If you get EC you're almost guaranted a return response. A few things come to mind:
1) You don't have to be RIGHT infront of them, but a little to the right or left. Just be somewhere where they know they need to look up so they don't bump you.
2) Even if they don't hold the EC say hi anyways.

By the way, I've been saying hi to people that have been looking at the floor. Some reply, some don't, and some turn around because they think I know them (I pretend not to notice and keep walking).

Ok, so as I was walking around campus today (looking for hi's) there were 3 girls behind me. A few seconds like this and one started whistling. I turn my head 90 degrees to get peripheral vision and also to let them know I know. I also say to myself if they do it again I'll turn around and say something like: "Hey girls, I know I have a nice ass but let's keep that between ourselves". They did it again a little later, and I pussied out because I said to myself oh well, they might actually not be whistling at me but being bored, telling a story, blah blah blah. I got to see one of them when I got off the path and she was a UG but I don't know about the other 2. I bet one would have been hot though.

Week 1 Day 6

I’m done! I’ve gotten 51 hellos/greetings total.

I had to go to school this morning to get a parking permit and ID. While doing all of that I got off 16 hellos. I chatted briefly with a couple of girls in front of me in line while getting breakfast, bustin jokes and making them laugh. It seemed completely natural and easy. I would have number closed but they weren’t my type.

For the first time, by hello 41, I got no response. That was the first time that happened. I guess that broad didn’t recognize game when it’s thrown at her. Too bad, for her!

I only got one done while at work but I had to go to Target after work. I got the rest of the greetings done there, and I chatted briefly with the cute but probably underage cashier. I put a smile on her face, which felt good. This whole exercise makes me feel more connected with humanity, and I feel myself crawling out of my introverted shell.

Anyway, I’m through wit it, nothing else to do wit it, pass it to the homie, now you hit it…

On to week 2.

Later yall

I walked across campus yesterday and it was barren. Luckily I was able to get 10 hi's there. So I'm done :)

It was a good excercise, I'll probably keep implementing it just because I think it benefits me.

What's up guys, only So Many Ways and me have finished? Post up your finishing reports and let's move to week two!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
