The male is naturally dominant, so it, his dominance, doesn't need to flaunted - overused, used unnecessarily. If his dominance is flaunted, then he is considered "demanding'. So when men make demands, then it is a natural occurrence, because he is following his natural dictates. Women are not dominant, so when they make demands upon the male, it does not coincide with their submissive nature, so then she is out of place! This is why demanding women bosses or demanding women, in general, are called "*****es", or another derogatory term - whereas the male is seen as following his natural design, and thus respected, when he adheres to his dominant/demanding nature!
