I would say it would take my mind off things momentarily. Work stress has never effected me in that way. I think if work stress causes emotional stress you may start to have problems.

I have a hard time leaving work at work. I mean, work is how I make my living, it's what gives me an opportunity to live a good life. So yes, when I have legit stresses at work, I feel it in other areas. You have to just keep a positive attitude and everything usually works out.

Certainly well documented but in my case the more stress,the more Libido.....I have always rationalised this,in that,our Pre-Deluvian Ancestors possibly confronted with long duration stress,that could involve Death in the not too distant future, had a greater need to make sure that surviving Women were impregnated and could carry on the Genetic Line.
