Does Tall Dark and Handsome have its appeal anymore? (my experience)

Whenever it comes to mentioning men that are on the top tier in terms of looks people say those names. Well another thing, when I hear of friends and general social circles talking about good looking guys in real life, they fall into 2 categories.

1. Males with light features (Chris Hemsworth)
2. Males with medium features (Channing Tatum)

I don't know if it is just the south but I notice that when people talk about good looking men and men who are handsome, they are usually (actually always) in those 2 categories.

Ditto it's crazy how much praise I get from girls(ESPECIALLY black girls) for my mixed features(slim face/nose/ears/naturally curly hair/caramel skin). I've been told how I look like Tiger Woods and Dwayne Johnson. So you got a black mark against you OP if you are dark fo' show. Black girls are the only ones who make a BIG deal about it though so your not 100% out of the game.

As much as people talk about how mixed race guys are more attractive, almost all of the guys I know in my area that get constant attention for their looks are pasty White American males.

The Deep South, believe me I know. Anyone here who isn't the typical White fraternity kid is not considered attractive and btw I am sure most Bollywood actors can easily fit the Tall Dark and Handsome role. I have the Latin skin tone as people say and I am relatively light skinned for an Indian guy. Not that I am bragging about or trying to say a darker Indian guy like Mohinder is in anyway ugly, but people need to realize there are two different kinds of Indian.

Ya, I live in the ATL. Believe me, most White girls here will not go for anything other than your typical pasty White fraternity kid and they may make exceptions for Black men and that is it.

I wish there was a forum designed specifically for me to talk about the topic of race and looks and dating success almost ALL PUA forums undermine it and almost all of them act like it doesn't mean ****. My point is you can look like that guy, have game, and a decent career and you still won't land a Southern Belle.

The difference is when guys want to date another race and cry about it when they don't have the success they want, and think they are entitled to white women. Looks=dating success. You're not good enough looking for the girls you want to date, simple as that. A lot of white guys aren't good enough looking for white girls let alone for other races.

OP forget about it move. Like you said, only that white "frat" look gets ANY top tier southern belles here. Ignore these posters trying to put you down OP. maybe they just don't live in the DEEP Cotton South(Miss,Bama,GA) it is good ol' black and white down hear in these parts ya' know it youngin'. That Southern Hospitality don't come in brown or yellow. The only minority that pulls down here consistently, PERIOD are blacks. Especially in ATL area since us blacks have such a huge privelage there. If your Asian, Indian, or Hispanic you're not desirable period. I know an Indian dude in my city who is 6'1+, runs the biggest non-Greek party in the state(yes like Gatsby), has a 3.7+ GPA, has social proof out the ass, yet girls refuse to touch him for whatever reason.

Also the only Asian/Indian girls who I see with Asian/Indian men are old, like 40+. The younger ones? Forget about it, if she ain't FOB they all go with white/black dudes.

I ain't making excuses for OP or orientals at all, nor am I putting blinders over my eyes when it comes to what I see. No matter if its the rural or metro areas here in the south Asian/Indians/Hispanics get overlooked compared to the treatment they get in other regions. Especially Hispanics, when you consider what they can pull out in the West and the NY/NJ area.
