Groovy's suggestion on estrogen levels are being taken seriously enough that I'm going to set up a free consultation with a Chinese doctor to see if can determine if there is a hormonal imbalance and herbs are necessary. This can either enhance the PT sessions I'm taking to get results faster (i.e. herbal supplements), or it could cut the mustard and show PT lessons should be cancelled.

Leafy steamed vegetables are also good for metabolizing estrogen.

Like I said, I am looking for the truth here (i.e. whether it's realistic to have a chick-magnet body within the framework of the sessions -- which would accelerate what would normally take years into a much shorter time-span) and this is the only information on here that I can follow up on.

It's like a trick paying a pick up artist thousands of dollars. Your just being lazy! If you really wanted them girls you woulda sucked up your fears and approached them. I wasn't always good with girls. But when I wasn't I didn't pay anybody anything. I told myself I will learn this game by myself for free and because I want it. If you want something bad enough you will get it. When you realize this you will solve a lot of problems.

Don't be lazy, If you really want a better body you will get a better diet and hit that local gym consistently.

We are talking abstract. If you see that girls want you in the environment to the point it would feel rude if you did not approach or make some sort of interaction, then you will approach.

I think I get too much resistance from women, either because of social mis-calibration or I'm just not vibing right. With a better body I may think of myself as sexual person that women want and I may be more apt to approach.

I already have a good diet and I'm seeing improvement. I'm not lazy since I am going to every PT session and am putting my all into that. If you want to call it "mindless" in the sence I'm not in charge of the program and someone else is telling me what to do, and as a result my body can not get used to any particular routine and gets more effective results...then that would be a better description.

Here's the bait sale, this PT can accomplish what it would take for me to do on my own on a much shorter period of time. This is either true or it is not true as it's one of the main reasons I'm going for this. I'm a highly distracted person with too many issues going on in my life. IT's easy, without a trainer, to have a gym program fall through the cracks, or if I just don't feel like going to the gym, to simply not show up. So, I'm probably more likely to succumb to laziness and not work out at the gym, and have "off and on" commitments, where for a few weeks I may go continously, then another couple of weeks may be skipped, etc...
The PT ain't doing the work-outs for me so I don't see how it's lazy.

I don't get it, you asked for people's opinions on this but when they say you're doing the wrong thing and that most PTs are completely clueless (which is completely correct by the way), you get pissed and say they're wrong. Why ask the question if you don't like the answers?
Additionally, guys who say you have a belly because you didn't work hard enough etc are right. You tried and failed, go look at your diet and routine and I can guarantee you that they're flawed.
Motivation doesn't come from testosterone. Motivation comes from taking pride in yourself (in this instance at least)
I can guarantee you don't have a testosterone defiency, the ramifications would be far greater than just having a belly. Why go to a Chinese doctor for all of this? Simple blood tests will reveal whether your hormones are in check or not. And then you can deal with it properly, not with some bull**** substance given to you by a person whose counterparts would reccomend rhino horn as a fix.

Good, now we are having fun.

Well, l I used to whack off sometiems three times a day, I started to feel like crap, depression, belly (and I am skinny), low energy, bipolar disorder, the whole nine yards (I am 20, have a excellent diet, do exercise, sleep good, I would say I am optimistic and a happy guy) then a chinese doctor told me I had "Kidney qi deficiency" and "kidney yin deficiency", and "Liver qi stagnation". He then proceeded to give me some herbs and I've been taking that elixir for the past 15 days or something and today I woke up with a hard-on that lasted some 10 minutes, I used to not get that morning glory, I have more appetite, more energy and more happiness so that's that. I sent him my tongue picture a few days ago and he said "There's still damp evil in ur body so pls continue to take the medicine". He said: "I gave u medicine to fix the damages made by too much masturbation, bipolar, palpitations and insomnia, all that screws up your kidney qi!". But before this guy, I visited another chinese doctor, and I took his herbs for 30 DAYS FOR NOTHING. So I suppose I got unlucky the first time. The second guy told me that the first guy gave me a strange perscription.

Corrector thanks for ur cool story bro. I find it cool that u didn't test high for aromatase. I was just guessing. But did u test for that enzyme specifically? Anyway good read. U did interesting stuff others can hopefully learn from!

And yeah, I went to the first dr. I had back pain, the consultation alone was 65 bucks and it didn't even work (I got scammed). The second guy made the consultation for 0$. And I payed for the medicines that are working excellent... That's why I recommended it to u. But I find it good that you feel great after exercise- that's the point! If you are left exhausted after exercise and feel bad, there's a little stupidity there in my opinion.

Here is the list of foods I was told to eat:
Black sesame (excellent stuff!!!), ginseng, walnuts, grapes, millet, wheat.
Here's to avoid:
Seaweed, banana, cold drinks, pear.

Although I support trying to fix your own health problems with diet and supplements whenever possible, as opposed to running to the doctor for pills, I also view most of the "traditional Chinese" medicine with skepticism. The Chinese government has encouraged "traditional" techniques for decades, and they do it to distract a billion Chinese citizens from the fact that they have no real health care. The next best thing to giving a populace something is to just make them think they have it. That's why in this country, they are always making us sing songs about how much freedom we have.

Because they are not the right type of answers. I'm actually getting feedback from another thread on the Discussion section where there is a talk about body then I'm getting on this thread.

At least it is challenging the whole concept of what I'm doing. Will this actually get me the results I'm thinking about? Suppose women are more attracted to "face" instead of "body" then what is the profit of exercising the body? etc.... at least something to think about. Or, is it realistic to overcompensate by working on your body and expecting a cake-walk with women afterwards.

The other issue is this PT is different from other PTs I had in the past. They had no results and I was spending money. My mom has noticed changes in my posture and way I carry myself. In other words, this training has improved by body language and masculine projection according to my mom so far.

For my mom to say something like that, and I wasted $ 5000 in PTs before and got no results, shows that this particular PT may be a lucky break of someone, unlike other trainers, who knows what he is doing.

To reiterate, my mom said the results of this PT is that I look more masculine. She never said this of the other three PT I had at another gym and this particular trainer has really got some method to his madness to get my mom to say something like that.

Most notable gains are in posture (i.e. back muscles). Again, this is not a body-builder or ripped look, but "beach boy" look (whatever that means).

Personally there is no way I would spend that type of money on a trainer. Especially not when there are extremely effective programs you can get onoine for a fraction of the cost. The Blueprint by Rob Regish, MI40 by Ben Pakulski, Lean Hybrid Muscle by Elliot Hulse and The Super Hero Workout by John Romaniello are all extremely effective at building muscle and leaning you out if that is what you want. Hell, you could buy all 4 and cycle through them for under $400. Then spend another $600 or so on quality supplements they recommend and STILL come out with $3000 in your pocket...

Not only that, but they give you precise instructions on what to eat, when to eat, supplement timing, and virtually everything else. MI40 contains a picture guide on exercise form that is probably worth $150 by itself, plus 4 hours+ worth of videos while he instructs and explains each movement.

Guarentee you would learn more from any one of those than from virtually any trainer.
That said, it all depends on you, no amount of money spent will mean anything unless you are willing to work for it.

So your mom has made these comments, oh that must mean so very much and really indicates that this PT is different. Tell us what he's making you do and then we'll see if he has a clue

We don't measure progress by what our mom's say. We measure progress by what the tape measure says, what the scale says and what the calipers say. Those things ALWAYS tell the truth and are not subjective observations....

I'm using a PT myself because i was not too sure about what exercises to do and how to do everything properly. I think it is money well spent but $4000 is too much. :D

PTs are all crooks

They're WAAAAY overpriced for what they actually do, which is kick you in the ass. The basic knowledge of how to weight train and eat right can be taught within a week of workouts.

Im convinced that nobody really needs a PT for motivation. It would be like needing to pay someone to tell you not to lite up every time you pull a cig out. Completely unneccessary
