"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Dad passed away. Mom works, brother works part time, we live in a high rent area. I was stepping in and doing what needs to be done.
Now I have a chance to have my own place.
Being a care taker and provider has a new meaning when its people you love. When you see your face in their faces.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

taking control of your life and taking care of others is to me a DJ.

I beleive that women would find that more attractive that you take care of your family.

Agree. If you're a good man sooner or later you ll run into a good woman. Is it about finances only?

Always remember your mom will bvtch you out just like any other female of you let them. The only thing different about moms is they'll give you more chances to fvck up.

Do what you want.

Do what is needed and be rewarded for it.

Did your mom post on a forum when you were born to ask if she should take care of you?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I don't think taking care of family has anything to do with being a dj. It is just the right thing to do.

Why doesn't the family move to a place with cheaper rent?

Forging ahead with your own life doesn't mean abandoning your family but it's important to be there for them too.

If your mom needs the lawn mowed, do that first then go out on a date and hook up with girls. There's time to be a man and a player. Giving back to our family is a privilege for having a good one.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You can have your own place AND help out your family. Your mom is a grown woman and should be able to take care of many of her own needs. Help out where help is needed. If she needs things moved or wants to purchase something large, that's where you'll come in. Death in the family also brings a lot of burden in itself. You'll need to deal with paperwork and unneeded possessions. That's a good place to help as well.

Women will admire a man who takes care of his family, but won't respect a man who's sex chamber is in the same residence as his mother.
