my opinion: I think that deeply encoded in the male instinct is that when sex with fertile women isn't happening, it's time to take such opportunity by force. Let's presume 2 equally incel brothers where one stays within the guard rails of civilization, while the other rapes. The civilized brother's genes die out while the rapist brother's genes survive.

A barbarous logic leading to a barbarity... and that is how it usually happens. The battle [for civilization] is won or lost in the mind... and our culture is becoming increasingly barbarous.

The concept of evolution should apply to our humanity... not to our 'genes'... a barbarous abstraction if there ever were one.

But it's a good point you raise - the breakdown of civility/ civilization. Look at the intolerant angry behavior developing in America now... towards those that hold differing political opinions. And then if feminism is a politics, you are going to get a lot of angry young men reacting against it.

We are probably heading towards anarchy... and then a 'strong man' politics. Meanwhile, men continue to fiddle while Rome burns.
