Spring Break has always been at its core a big meat market, and I wonder if the chicks that used to go to hope getting picked up by Chads now simply get access to the Chads by OLD, and the frustrated chumps that used to go and think they had a chance with the Beckys have all come to the conclusion that it's OVER for them, so why waste the time & money.

Florida has been cracking down on spring breakers since I was in college. I remember the panhandle was aggressive towards spring breakers back in 2013.

Imagine believing that partying, which is essentially what Spring Break is--died. No, people just get tired of doing the same **** and typical **** like going to Florida-- but it still happens.

With young people, the partying never stops. It's literally every weekend for alot of college kids + 2 times during the week.

I dont even understand how you connect frustrated chumps with young college kids who are getting laid more than ever before- and no it's not just OLD... Kids are going outside and having fun-- THe internet--is not a good perspective on reality.. It's a skewed perspective and one thing I learned about OP is he seems to just love viewing reality throguh the lens of online videos or articles.

It's hard for me to really buy that/believe that statistic since I've had a different experience being around that age group.. but of course, my experience isn't the ultimate. It's just odd though because casual sex is now more accepted than ever before. We're more sexified than ever before, etc.- we're using more drugs than ever before, etc. I think its a complete fallacy to believe that people are having LESS sex especially at an age which is the core age of people having sex.

I think people need to rely less on statistics and actually go ask young people whats going on. I've had the benefit of having younger friends through industry/work/other connections.. and I don't see kids stopping or slowing down. ofc,i haven't lived long enough to see what it was like in the 60s and 70s.. But those times were also heavily influenced by like a reinassance period of change in perspectives and arts, and drugs introduced into college campuses, etc.

Studies have shown that Gen Z consumes far less alcohol than Gen Y and definitely X. Plus, fewer Gen Z's are having sex according to more studies for many reasons. Throw in sky high prices on everything and a generation addicted to tech (phones, apps, PCs, videos games) and it's not hard to see why Spring Break may be dying off.

I concede on my perspective based assumptions. The statistics should not be ignored. I think when you're in an abundant mindset, you kinda see more of what you relate to.. and gotta remind myself that isn't the general consensus.

we can get the idea that all are doing the same things. many silo still exist. one can hang out with a group or type and see them all places. the rest of the people are invisible.
