I was reading about this horny old fart who likes to grab caretakers and fellow, female nursing home residents, and it got me thinking:

I will guess that this guy lived his whole live in deep sexual frustration, and now, finally in a position in which his victims can't fight him off, he is finally "getting action" in a very weird sort of way. With the explosion of such frustration today, I wonder how that will get when this current cohort gets to that stage of life.

I would surmise that the true evolution of his 'sexual frustration' (the reason he sexually offended people) had more to do with/was at the people that molested him when he was young and/or the traumatic events that took place in his life that led him to believe that it was okay to act out and victimize people sexually.

As well, I will take a second to print that people with dementia have a tendency to be sexually aggressive. Keep that in mind if you are ever faced with a loved one or friend who is failing in mental health and being sexually aggressive. It's a difficult thing to rationalize.

I heartily disagree - although I can see the correlation you postulated, only in reverse: a man's psychological problems cause the tribe to withhold a bride from him, thus making it so that his genes live on only if he is a rapist. I think that rape is a viable evolutionary strategy for someone who otherwise would not be getting sex - IOW, the genes of such an incel would otherwise die out. Now of course today we have a society of laws that harshly penalize such behavior, but in an earlier time I could see roaming band sof incel bachelors going on the road and looking for a small group of people in which the men could be dispatched and the young females could be raped. Sexual frustration can be a very powerful motivator - consider how Muslim men can be cajoled into suicide by the promise of 72 virgins.

We are no longer cavemen. Your bride theory is weak. If we take this in contemplation of Muslim, etc, religion, then you can start to see that there was some heavily religious influence going on. That creates trauma. It also creates heavily conflict. Family? Self? Church? I'm not particularly motivated to go into detail about it atm but you need to go deeper than you presently are in order to REALLY understand what you are saying.

Start to understand how TRAUMA affects an individual....their choices, their path, etc.

Consider it this way, we can chat all we want about what it "must have been like" in IRAQ but there is no way ee we can understand it, def not enough to post about it, unless we lived it.

If used manipulatively, religion breeds trauma. Period

Most predators have serious trauma in their life. Not sure how many sexual predators were sexually molested, but I'm sure that number is high.

Don't forget the dementia aspect. When your loved ones get elderly, this may happen to you. Understand it occurs now so you are a bit prepared later

It's possible, but we can't predict it. All that accumulated steam needs to exit somehow though. If it isn't sexual misconduct, it'll probably be a vice.
