Yes, pumping iron or doing any physical exercise for that matter will help incels and even non-incels. If you are asking it from a relationship perspective, an incel is better off learning and improving the game instead of pumping iron. Attraction is more psychological than physical looks. However, looking good is like having an additional weapon in your arsenal (always good to have). I think pumping iron helps incels in a few different (indirect) ways like improving confidence, discipline, giving a sense of achievement, etc.

I prefer to workout because it makes me feel good and confident for the rest of the day, not (necessarily) to attract girls.

I prefer to workout because it makes me feel good.
My exact reason. The most important part for me is having a physically demanding goal in my mind. For me it’s 14000 foot mountain peeks and other types of aggressive goals such as doing the whole continental divide trail from start to finish without loosing muscle mass. My nutritional research is quite extensive as well as practical application.

My exact reason.. That same confidence will roll over into your job and career.. Which means development, progression.

More confidence means, better socialising skills. Bigger and better social circle.

All this is a by product of pumping Iron.. And could attract woman your way too

Pumping iron naturally raises testosterone.....women are atttacted to males that exhibit high testosterone....
What else increases testosterone thru exercise? We probably know that running lowers testosterone and increases cortisol, really Bad for you and ages you and pushes you closer to death. So squats I hear are testosterone boosts that I Need to start doing. I've never been a squat guy except way back in football in high school. Maybe I'm missing that exercise. Also I hear running hills and lifting rocks and sh!t raises testosterone. Quick heavy exertion raises testosterone. Anaerobic increases testosterone whereas aerobic lowers testosterone? Boxers run because of 12 round fights. Marathon runners have no muscle really because aerobic exercise reduces muscle. They're generally weak. I've been running 3.5 miles and 10 miles then maybe 12 miles 5 miles 6 miles over the past 2-3 months. I've apparently been doing it all wrong. I need to go back to short burst exertion. Testosterone is our lifeline.

I run a lot and disagree. Trust me, I got testosterone, and lots of it!

Really, it's been posted on here before but I think cutting down on the whacking off is good for single guys because you have more built up which means you will have more drive and desire to approach women and talk to them if you're more horny and have the increased motivation.

long distance running or marathon is not the best for this goal. Do short very high energy sprints maybe 1 or 2 hundred meters, then walk or trot for another 2 or 3 and then sprint again. Make sure to strech and warm up good. This will also build fast twitch muscle in the legs. Long distance running will actually destroy the fast twich and convert it to slow twitch. Probably not what you want for this goal. Doing this will burn much higher calorie than same time jogging. When you do the sprint, run like hell, it is a race as fast as you can, really dig deep. Keep doing it until you can't. 3 times a week is enough, and never one day after the other, always skip a day.

I prefer deadlifts over squats but I do both. Deadlifts utilize nearly all the muscles in your body.
If I only get one heavy day in a week, I want it to be deadlifts.

The idea of working out is not enough to sustain you. Humans go in and out of training. To sustain, the goal cannot be women or just looking good. It doesn’t work.
The key is to find your next physical challenge. You really need to apply it to the conditioning.

In the military I ran a minimum of three miles a day, 5 to seven days a week. Unless I was deployed. Then I humped a pack and a rifle/machinegun etc.
I do NOT recommend this unless your goal is a 10K high place finish it leads to overtraining and burnout.

If you want to do endurance I suggest “Primal Endurance”. Read it of download and listen to it. Marathoners and Iron man competitors are reducing training and getting much better times than their overtraining days. Do not take this post lightly. I’ve been an athlete my whole life except for the times I let myself be pulled off my goals.

Your end game is not a woman or women. In fact there is no end game. Once you reach your present goal you have to get another. Otherwise you will degrade in a reasonably short time. Working out without a present goal in mind, leads to drudgery and burnout. You WILL fall off the wagon.

When you find your present goal, tailor your workouts to obtain it. My present goal is my toughest yet. Aside from my sprints, there is no running. It won’t help me and in fact will not contribute to this goal.

I was reading this about one of the POTUS candidates, and it got me interested:

I must say that at my peak I was about at this level, perhaps a bit higher as I recall doing 8 reps of 245 (all time max 285).
Bench is not my top lift. Bests on bench:
225×28
315x12
415x1

Ive done some big ones:
DL 550x8
Squat 640x6
Bent rows 365x7, 315x14
Db curl 95x10
Db military 105x11

Those lifts in the last two yrs i was on a run in a groove and getting stronger. Got distracted by a siren want to get it back.

100 meters seems like such a short distance. I think I'll sprint a quarter mile when I go to the track this weekend. In between I'll do planks, pushups, crawling on hands, and picking up a monster truck tire and doing uppercut leg lifts on it and shadow boxing if no one else is around.

Damn. There's a gym where I'm at that's $6 a day I think I'll go there and use their weights plus a lot of hunnies there though more family oriented.

As long as it cures neediness and supplicating behavior. At best it would put you at base line self esteem so that when a girl does like you, you won’t screw it up with overcompensating behavior.

Most guys who screw up with women oscillate back and forth between being too needy and overcompensating. Buff or not. It’s the inner game that screws guys up. And women can see right through your inner game so there is nothing you can do to mask it. Rare is the confident, yet chill guy.

At best I would say all of these self improvement strategies could potentially put you at base line self esteem so that you don’t get in your own way. That’s probably the best you can hope for.

Trying to be universally attractive is just a sneaky form of seeking validation.

Not All women will like you. But the ones that do - having base line self esteem is good enough.

99% of game is just not screwing up by acting pitiful and weak.

This is ill advised. Do not do this. That’s not a sprint and will actually lessen your gains. After about 20 seconds you access a different system in your body. This will lead to burn out and failure.

When you sprint, it activates your flight hormones. No human can go full speed past 30 seconds. This has been fully tested and a top end Olympic sprinter can’t even do it.

The biochemistry of sprinting is about running from a saber toothed tiger. What this does is activates your body to burn fat like crazy. Nothing burns fat like sprinting.

Starting off, don’t even think about going full speed. You will injure your body. Go 3/4 speed for a couple of weeks.

Never run sprints unless you feel optimum. I mean it. Anything past five sprints is worthless. You run sprints with plenty of recovery between sprints. Walk back. Never stop moving.

When the sprint you are presently running requires even more exertion to go as fast as the ones before, you stop. Twenty seconds full speed sprints is max. 15 second (approx. 100 yards/meters) sprints are best. The second you feel your energy tail off during a sprint...you’re done. One, well executed sprint is better than 20, no energy sprints.

This is biochemistry. Stuff that no pain no gain horse$hit.

There is a tried and proven tech for sprints that sprinters use. Violate it? You’re in for a world of hurt. Form alone will crush you if it’s off.

I have read that the hardest distance is 400 meters since it is almost a sprint, and it is difficult to hit the sweet spot of burning out too soon.

I had always thought that sprinting burns glycogen stores, but aerobic exercise burns fat. Of course, what is most important is for your body to never get into the mode of "I'm a bear that needs to get as fat as I can on salmon". I find that a good half-hour walk most every day does the trick.
