Where I live if your over 75 you can't be legally held by a contract, however if the man or woman willingly gives it away then that is a different story but yeah having a will in place before the mind starts to go is important1) Most Senior living residents have family with POA and financial control.
2) Marriage Licenses wouldn't be issued to someone with dementia
3) Conflict of interest for staff to have personal relationship with residents.
Sorry guys totally unlikely and most likely a fictional story. Even if true, there is no family who were duped out of anything, let him die happy...
Most goldiggers are not going to work at a senior care home to meet a rich guy simply because that involves actually doing some work. The whole point of being a golddigger is to avoid work, whilst living a life of luxury.my opinion:A 19-Year-Old Girl Married An 89-Year-Old Man With Dementia For Money

Yep and not particularly appealing work either. Most goldiggers are not going to work at a senior care home to meet a rich guy simply because that involves actually doing some work. The whole point of being a golddigger is to avoid work, whilst living a life of luxury.
The only "work" that appeals to gold diggers is choosing expensive handbags.Yep and not particularly appealing work either.
