my opinion: I have an evolutionary biology theory. The femynists didn't need and otherwise hated men, and thus didn't procreate; perhaps they got married, but a lot of them divorced, etc. The normal women in their cohort did need and otherwise liked men, and thus did; they got married, but stayed married. Ergo, the remaining genes in the gene pool were biased towards being more deferential to men, with there obviously being a strong correlation between being deferential to men and having an instinctual conservative personality. It's a lot like the Siberian foxes (no, not the hot Russian women that live there,
) that were the product of many generations of keeping the foxes that showed the most deference to humans, such that eventually these foxes developed personalities like a domesticated dog (even their ears drooped!).
