I'd say 98% of the time it's about affluence and money. Proceed with care. There are genuinely those who are attracted to older men for one reason or another - which points to other things, but that is a different post. 10-15 years is not that bad - anything beyond that - again, proceed with caution.

Given so many men here believe that a woman attracted to a man's affluence is ok, they shouldn't have a problem.
