I don't think so. There are not a lot of "Chads" working in offices. Most male office workers are beta males, many of whom are married to frumpy women and past their prime women. Crop tops might help with the few "Chads" that are in the office, but most women aren't looking to attract those elite men in the workplace. Also, a lot of men in the white collar office workplaces are quite concerned with #MeToo, so they aren't psyched about hotties in crop tops where they work.

In blue collar and other non-office settings, a woman wearing sexy clothes at work could be a ploy for dating. Bar/restaurant workers and gym workers are known to date each other.

The women who wear crop tops to do office work are doing it more for attention and comfort.

Women understand the Game more than men. Remember that beta male is not a concept that exists for women.

Women wear whatever the **** they want to the office cos they are not gonna be forced to wear crappy and uncomfortable suit and tie ensembles. Men for some reason still think they need to confrom and go to the office with neat trousers, tucked in shirt, suit or tie.

Women simply wear watever the **** they want to work and men really need to follow suit. The question isnt why do women wear whatever they want, dresses, jeans, various different types of clothing, hairstyles etc but men are expected to wear a suit and tie, be mostly clean-shaven and all generally wear the same formal shirt and trousers combo.

I've never seen 'crop tops' in any office I've ever worked in (banking/financial services) - immediate violation of dress code. Maybe more acceptable in 'creative industry' offices. At any rate, women showing belly skin are definitely looking for attention from someone.

Dress codes have gotten much more “relaxed” in a lot of jobs post-Cove.
