my opinion: Incel-tier men like the famous character from "Whatever" Raphael are not allowed by women the opportunity to walk alone with them, and hence they don't get close enough to their intended victim while being far away from everyone else to do an "assault". But when a Chad says, "hey, let's take a walk", the chicks' inner hamster can't resist.

I'll even go so far as to say that women's hypergamous nature is such that they wouldn't have a problem letting it be known that they walked alone with their Chad assaulter, whereas they would be embarrassed to have it be known that they walked alone with an Incel.

I think generally women will be more forgiving of Chad's behaviors when it comes to taking liberties. But a lot of Chads can get into trouble just due to the sheer number of conquests that they go through. If they run through the wrong woman, for example, they can get accused. It's a numbers game, in part.

Now actual blatant assault is a different story.

Generally speaking being a chad who is dangerous is the safest bet since there are lesser chance your behaviour will be disliked or that you will be reported.

It's partly expectations. She expects the cad to behave in a certain way, so she isn't surprised when he does. And she knows what he is about, so she can go to him when she wants that type of thing.
