She is 57 and has not aged as well as Liz Hurley. Even Liz Hurley has seen her looks drop off a bit. It happens to everyone.

Brooke Shields has been married since 2001 so The Wall is somewhat irrelevant for her if she's not searching for new partners.

If she were on the market today, she might have issues like Paulina Porizkova has had. Or she could date someone substantially younger like Sharon Stone. Brooke is probably happy she doesn't have to deal with dating.

She had her two kids late in life, at ages 37 and 40. Her youngest has yet to turn 18.

She kept her look since her appearance in the nip/tuck down in the early 00s...after that she left the olympus of hot women.

You can clearly see that she was getting "more masculine" but she was still withing range and the fitted in the manjaw hottie.

Btw it's not that she looks like a tranny now, it's just that many women for some reason become more masculine with age or less feminine.
