“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Choice A: Do you actively try/maintain a perception of you or prefer others to know that you are capable, intellectual in your job? Basically showcasing Leadership competencies

Choice B: Or do you rather stay low key and pretend you are just average and just keep things done, without going above and beyond? Hiding Leadership competencies

Please reason your decision

Mostly A. I don’t worry about the leadership piece per se because I’m not looking to become a manager.

But do I show capability/competency/intellect? Yes. I mostly try to focus on projects I can “shine” on. I also try to be very helpful to the boss and coworkers where I can.

Thank you for your response. Would you say your work environment (coworkers, bosses etc..) goes more towards the toxic direction or not so

If the job is at a small business/startup with competent owners, it's likely to be A, particularly if am actually interested in what they do and can reap the benefits of helping them succeed.

Otherwise, it's always B, I truly despise playing that game, especially at big companies/corporations.

My perspective leans more toward yours, thank you for your insight. So with competent owners I also assume you mean, someone who doesn't enable the game and rather reinforces a humble environment?

I work with a good group. Not toxic.

I work at a small place with a good boss, so it ties in with what you have above.

Owner can see who does what. Stay low key, but do your job, and sometimes do more.

Though, you always show value by doing job better or in new better ways. Owner sees value, not people who maintain perception that they are better.

we need people in both category. if a team member has talent AND patience. look out...

there is a funny balance. we need members that will work together and be reliable, also we need to win and a bold person can tip the balance for us.

there is a place for both types.

I'm the Owner so I can't answer that.

Generally, unless there is an issue, I leave them all alone and don't want to see their face.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

When I was younger I managed a team of about 100 so I was definitely type A. Now that I'm financially secure and coasting to retirement I'm totally a B. I just put in my time and then head home and don't give work a thought after hours. I'd imagine a lot of people follow this progression as they get older.

I just mean someone who knows how to run a business. That's too circumstantial to define as it depends on the industry, but clueless business owners are a dime a dozen so it's pretty notable when you run into someone who's actually competent.

In any case, the main reason workplaces become so bloated and political in the first because of HR, which is never really a problem until a business starts growing.

Option B. I’m not saying to do the bare minimum: do your job competently/well, hit or exceed your metrics, then close the laptop and live your life. If you want a promotion, make sure you’re doing enough to do that.

I never believed your identity should come from work. I view a job as a tool that enables the lifestyle you want. My tools serve me, not the other way around.
